Terms:

1.Product warranty: Reusable Spo2 sensor and extension cable take 12 month warranty regarding product quality problem;
Other products carry on 6 month warranty Free repair Since the date of dispatch goods. (Disposable sensor, Electrode don’t share this service ) .

Within 1 week upon receipt of goods , related product fault , it’s allowed to exchange goods in case of product is no damage and complete packing.

2.Payment : T/T payment 100% in advance .

3.All pricing indicated in pricing list is FOB Shenzhen.

4.All orders will be only delivery upon confirmation of payment based on the scheduled delivery except any other agreement applied.

5.Exchanging or returning the orders will only be accepted upon pre-authorization.

6. 25% re-stock fee may be charged while returned the orders.
